The Hungarian Vizsla Club of Victoria maintains a Breeders Directory listing breeders who are members of the HVCV that may have puppies for sale.  The club provides information to prospective owners and support to new owners who are club members.

Your only avenue of purchase of a purebred Vizsla is from a registered breeder. 

Breeders will provide a VCA registration certificate [main or limited register], diet sheet, vaccination and worming details and information about raising a Vizsla puppy properly.

There are plenty of puppies available at the moment; no need to go on a breeders' waiting list.
